Comments: Our high school athlete who initially presented with a severe ankle sprain. As a surgeon, it is tempting to operate on most patients because it is a definitive treatment. However, regenerative medicine is an alternative measure that we decided to use for this athlete. Through hard work, physical therapy, and Shockwave therapy, she made it back to Volleyball! Soon we will be offering our shockwave therapy and other regenerative sports medicine measures NYDG Wellness on 5th Ave!
