Comments: We went skiing this Chinese New Year in Japan – the first time I was on a set of skis after the accident that started all the surgeries. It was exhilarating to be back on skis and just enjoying the sensation of control, the skis edging back in place at the end of a turn. I can’t explain how good it felt, I was just whooping as I took those first turns. Long awaited.
Thank you for everything that you have done to make all this happen. You probably think that this is your job, but without you fighting for the best possible outcome of my ankle, I won’t be able to share this story. So thank you for all the hard work in letting me live a normal life after a horrific accident.
