Diagnostic Visit – This is a one time
visit, usually for the purpose of getting a second opinion, or getting an
accurate diagnosis, as well as a discussion about your options.
Testing
All laboratory and all radiographic testing services are available at the
Hospital for Special Surgery. If you are staying overnight at HSS, all the
pre-op tests should be done at the hospital. If your procedure is a 'same day'
case, then pre-op testing can be done at your local lab or facility.
