Fax Results to Dr. Kennedy’s office 4 days prior to your surgery
Schedule your post operative appointments
3 days before surgery - Call the office and confirm receipt of
your lab work and any relevant documentation
The day before your surgery await call from Hospital for Special
Surgery
Operating Room Nurse between 2p - 6pm
o Confirm time of surgery – Arrive 3 hours earlier than
scheduled
surgical time
o Confirm where it is you need to arrive
